General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of MV Creation<\/b><\/p>

1. Scope of application<\/b>
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between MV Creation, Mona Dei\u00dfler, Waldstra\u00dfe 138, 63263 Neu-Isenbrug, and the customer in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.<\/p>

2. Services<\/b>
MV Creation offers services in the field of marketing, in particular:<\/p>

  • Design of print and online media<\/li>
  • Social media support and strategy development<\/li>
  • Consulting and implementation of advertising measures<\/li>
  • Creation and maintenance of websites<\/li>
  • Concept and strategy development<\/li><\/ul>
    \u00a0<\/div>

    The detailed description of the respective services can be found in the individual offer or the service description.<\/p>

    3. Conclusion of contract<\/b>
    A contract is concluded when the customer accepts a written offer or places an order. Cost estimates are non-binding and can be adjusted by MV Creation if requirements or general conditions change.<\/p>

    4. Terms of payment<\/b><\/p>

    • All prices are in euros plus the applicable statutory value added tax.<\/li>
    • Payment shall be made immediately after invoicing without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>
    • For order volumes of \u20ac 10,000 or more, payment is made in three installments:
      • 1\/3 before the start of work<\/li>
      • 1\/3 halfway through the project term<\/li>
      • 1\/3 after completion of the work<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
        \u00a0<\/div>

        5. Cancellation and reimbursement of cost estimates<\/b><\/p>

        • It is not possible to cancel services that have already been ordered. Work already performed will be invoiced in any case.<\/li>
        • If a quotation or offer requires extensive planning work and is not accepted, this service may be charged separately.<\/li><\/ul>
          \u00a0<\/div>

          6. Retention of title and rights of use<\/b><\/p>

          • The created designs, concepts and strategies remain the property of MV Creation until full payment has been received.<\/li>
          • After full payment, the customer receives the right to use the services provided, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><\/ul>
            \u00a0<\/div>

            7. Retainer models (permanent support)<\/b>
            MV Creation offers monthly support models. These are subject to the following regulations:<\/p>

            • The minimum booking period is 3 months.<\/li>
            • Billing takes place monthly in advance.<\/li>
            • Cancellation is possible with one month’s notice to the end of the month.<\/li><\/ul>

              8. Warranty and liability<\/b><\/p>

              • MV Creation undertakes to carry out the commissioned services properly and professionally.<\/li>
              • Liability for damages caused by faulty implementation, late delivery or external service providers is excluded, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.<\/li><\/ul>

                9. Final provisions<\/b><\/p>

                • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.<\/li>
                • The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MV Creation if the customer is a merchant.<\/li>
